Abstract

Magnetization loops of samples of the YBa2Cu3O7–x superconductor with complex periodic defect structures with different degrees of disorder have been calculated using the Monte Carlo method. The negative effect of local disorder on the magnetization loop width and residual magnetization of the samples has been demonstrated. It has been shown that the main mechanism of loss of magnetic properties is the formation of channels for the exit of free vortices from the sample, however, distributions with large distances between neighboring macrodefects resist disordering better.
