Измерение спектров диффузного отражения и пропускания проводилось при помощи спектрофотометра с интегрирующей сферой Hitachi U-3400. Определение коэффициента поглощения и редуцированного коэффициента рассеяния производилось обратным методом добавления-удвоения. Полученные результаты оптических свойств были сопоставлены с имеющимися литературными данными.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This work is devoted to the determination of the tissue optical properties of the organs of the human gastrointestinal tract in the spectral range of 400-620 nm. The diffuse reflection and transmission spectra were measured using a Hitachi U-3400 integrating sphere spectrophotometer. The absorption and reduced scattering coefficients were determined using the inverse adding-doubling method.
