Собрана спектрометрическая установка для проверочных измерений, состоящая из (CdZnTe, CeBr3, Si – для α–γ измерений) детекторов. Исследованы и определены основные характеристики таких детекторов, такие как энергетическое разрешение FWHM/Eγ (кэВ), эффективность регистрации ε(%). Проверена возможность регистрации в широком диапазоне энергии. Проведены измерения γ–γ и α–γ совпадений с использованием данных детекторов. Результаты подобных измерений показывают, что эти детекторы могут использоваться для исследования механизмов ядерных реакций и исследования свойств продуктов реакций.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The new semiconductor detectors, which based on CdZnTe crystals and CeBr3 scintillator, were presented in this work. The spectroscopic setup for testing measurements was created, which consists of CdZnTe, CeBr3, and Si (measuring α and γ) detectors. The main characteristics of these detectors including enegy resotion FWHM/Eγ (keV) and efficiency εabs (%) were investigated and determined. Moreover, we have checked the possibility of registration in a wide range of energy. The alpha-gamma and gamma-gamma coincidence measurements were carried out using these detectors.
