<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>   The presence of anomalous particles (granules) with significantly different concentrations of microalloying interstitial elements of carbon and boron is an important characteristic of the uniformity of the composition of rapidly quenched powders of high temperature nickel based supersalloys and stainless steels obtained by the PREP method. A detailed multiscale experimental study of the behavior of boron and carbon in PM HIP compacts of the Ni based superalloys under hot deformation and heat treatment has been carried out. Direct nuclear methods of activation autoradiography on carbon using the nuclear reaction 12C (d, n) 13N and track autoradiography on boron using the nuclear reaction 10B (n, α) 7Li, metallography, SEM, EDX and OIM were used to reveal the peculiarities of the evolution of the microstructure of abnormal granules in PM HIP compacts of high-temperature Ni-based superalloys. A significant effect of hot deformation and heat treatment on the behavior of boron and carbon in PM HIP compacts of high-temperature Ni-based superalloys has been revealed. Significant differences in the evolution of carbon and boron are found and discussed. A schematic TTT diagram is proposed for the precipitation of the boride phase in comparison with the precipitation of the carbide and gamma prime phases.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>суперсплавы на основе Ni</kwd><kwd>быстрозакаленный порошок</kwd><kwd>PREP метод</kwd><kwd>PM HIP технология</kwd><kwd>горячая деформация</kwd><kwd>термообработка</kwd><kwd>ТТТ-диаграмма</kwd><kwd>авторадиография</kwd><kwd>углерод</kwd><kwd>бор</kwd><kwd>микроструктура</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Ni-based superalloys</kwd><kwd>rapidly quenched powder</kwd><kwd>PREP method</kwd><kwd>PM HIP technology</kwd><kwd>hot deformation</kwd><kwd>heat treatment</kwd><kwd>TTT diagram</kwd><kwd>autoradiography</kwd><kwd>carbon</kwd><kwd>boron</kwd><kwd>microstructure</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Iljin A.A., Stroganov G.B., Fatkullin O.Kh., Shulga A.V., and Martinov V.N.
