В представленном обзоре обобщены данные о наиболее эффективных клинически значимых ПСМА-специфичных РФЛП для диагностики и терапии рака предстательной железы. Обсуждены преимущества и недостатки лигандов на основе моноклональных антител и их фрагментов, а также низкомолекулярных ингибиторов ПСМА.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Molecular changes associated with prostate cancer result in increased expression of prostate specific membrane antigen (PSMA), which is a favorable target for imaging and therapy with radiopharmaceuticals. In this review the data on the most effective and clinically relevant PSMA-specific radiopharmaceuticals for diagnosis and therapy of prostate cancer were summarized.
