В данной работе разработана модификация метода поглощающих фильтров для измерения дельта-образных спектров электронных пучков, основанная на фитировании статистическими распределениями исходных экспериментальных данных и результатов моделирования прохождения пучка через фильтры. Новый метод позволяет существенно повысить точность и качество обработки экспериментальных данных и удовлетворительно согласуется с результатами измерений магнитным спектрометром.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In accelerator physics, the method of absorption filters is used for measurements of the energy spectrum of electrons with energy above 100 keV. In this paper, we present a modification of the method to measure delta-like spectrum of electron beams based on fitting by statistical distributions the initial experimental data and the results of simulation of the beam transmission through the filters.
