<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>We search for the ways to improve the lattice implementation of the extended Hubbard model in order to compute quantum mechanical operators of increased complexity. The standard method does not allow to eliminate all the divergences in observables, which prevents obtaining a stable distribution over configurations in the Monte Carlo method. In a set of calculations, the positive effect of two approaches is demonstrated: an introduction of additional Hubbard fields and a selection of the Hubbard−Stratonovich transformation’s parametrization.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>метод Монте-Карло</kwd><kwd>модель Хаббарда</kwd><kwd>графен</kwd><kwd>теплоемкость</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Monte Carlo method</kwd><kwd>Habbard model</kwd><kwd>graphene</kwd><kwd>heat capacity</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Работа выполнена при поддержке Российского научного фонда (грант № 21-21-00237).
